2. No Service Relationship Created

Submitting a form, sending an email, scheduling a consultation, or receiving a response does not create a client, partner, agency, fiduciary, employment, or other service relationship. Services begin only after Pillar Six Operations and the prospective partner sign a separate written Client Agreement. If these Terms differ from a signed Client Agreement, the Client Agreement controls the services covered by it.

3. Scope and Service Boundaries

Pillar Six Operations provides operational and administrative support. We are not a property-management company, real estate broker, law firm, accounting firm, emergency-response service, or maintenance contractor. Property owners and managers retain decision-making authority and responsibility for their properties, legal compliance, finances, vendors, residents, and emergency procedures.

Do not use the Website or general contact form to report emergencies, urgent maintenance, threats to health or safety, suspected criminal activity, or time-sensitive resident issues. Contact the responsible property owner or property manager, the appropriate service provider, or emergency services as the situation requires.

4. Consultation and Service Descriptions

A consultation is an opportunity to discuss needs and possible services; it does not guarantee acceptance, availability, results, or a particular service package. Service descriptions, pricing, availability, and features may change. Any final scope, schedule, fees, system access, and responsibilities will be stated in the applicable written Client Agreement.
